I. INTRODUCTION to UBS rebase
UBS anchors the US dollar, which is the algorithm stable currency in ubiswap. Through the expansion of rebase mechanism, UBS will drop the expanded tokens to UBAS holders proportionally.
2. Rebase rules
The Rebase cycle is 24 hours, and the rebase time point is a random time point within a cycle. Rebase coefficient = (arithmetic average price for the current period-0.0105u) * UBS flow rate%. When the rebase time point price is higher than 0.0105u,UBS will expand according to the rebase coefficient, and UBAS holders will obtain the expanded UBS proportionally. UBS price fluctuations below 0.0105u do not expand.
Case:
When ubs price is 0.0105, it does not expand
When the price is 0.0110, it will expand by 5%
When the price is 0.0205, the expansion is 100%
When the price is 0.0505, it expands by 400%
When the price is 0.1005, it expands by 1000%
